Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new product manufacturing finalization release with work standards establishes of new manufacturing operations machine, industrial process, operations, bill of materials, standard time allowed, tooling design and fabrication etc
- Responsible for determine manufacture process, tooling, material requirements with the tooling, specifications designing
- Responsible for manufacturing problems investigates to determine defects cause. Makes recommendations to correct and resolve problems
- Responsible for improvement for existing processes, updates changes of existing operations etc
- Responsible for consults with designer of manufacturing tooling what each operation is to accomplish and approves final design prior for fabrication. Reviews blueprint of component to be fabricated and lays out work with recommends changes in tooling design to improve function, reduce breakage, etc

Qualification:
- About 35 years old
- At least have bachelor degree with the major of ME or EE
- Have 4 years working experience in manufacturing engineering or related field preferred
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies such as stamping, plating, molding, assembly, machine application etc
- Should have the Machine shop and Program experience
- Good communication and leadership
- Good written and spoken English
