Job Requirements :
Degree in engineering or related disciplines, postgraduate degree will be a plus
More than 7 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry with at least 2 years in technical management position
Able manage and lead a highly skilled cross functional team
Understand power supply or electronic industry in general including knowledge of costs, manufacturing process, quality and documentation system.
Excellent knowledge in electronic product design and manufacturing.
Possess knowledge in components of electronic product including cost, manufacturing process and characteristics of the components.
Fully computer literate including knowledge of project management and engineering software.
Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal & communications skills.
Good English/Chinese verbal and written communication capability.
Able work independently and work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines.
