Job Title: Project Manager
Report To: CPAC Manager

· MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and supervise the project group to ensure the effective management and implementation of all projects assigned to the group.
2. Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.
3. Monitor the schedule performance and maintain an updated schedule at all time for all projects assigned to the group.
4. Prepare project-related reports normally on a monthly basis.
5. Ensure the team has punctual and accurate weekly timesheet updated to the system administrator.
6. Ensure the project documents are accurately prepared by the group.
7. Could work at site to lead the whole project team for the Site Service activities.
8. Achieve and improve customer satisfaction on the project implementation.
9. Assure the contract commitments are met.
10.Deliver and close the project as early as possible.

· EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Degree in Engineering. Preferred field of Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation or Process Automation.
2. Fluent communication skills in the English language, fluency in the Chinese language is also preferred.
3. Minimum of 8 years experience in the process control industry.
4. Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
5. Have basic knowledge of Control System (DCS/SIS) and Field Instruments.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Good planning and priority management.
8. Strong communication skill in both formal and informal environments.
