Main Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for quality, audit and environmental management systems conformance to established standards (ISO9001, ISO1400 & TS) and customer requirements
- Processing improvement of company and departmental policies, standards, and procedures in order to achieve goals and objectives
- Improving customer satisfaction, ensure timely and effective response to customer complaints, concerns or queries
- Handling the new projects transferred from Japan, US, and Europe

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 -15 years’ experience  in quality management role with on-site QC management experience a must
- Lead auditor trained; sound understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14000 with the ability to audit all areas of system requirements, TS experience is a plus
- Analytical and logical, with a demonstrated ability to think on a strategic level
- In depth knowledge of statistical techniques and quality improvement tools
- Has been successful in a “start-up” environment where there is ambiguity, nimbleness, rapid pace, and where a low cost & highly efficient structure is valued
- High level of fluency in (written and spoken) Japanese or English
