Job description
• Marketing investigation and analysis, development planning
• Build and manage relations both with present customers and new potential customers
• Support sales in technology, engineering and project management during all the three phases of pre-sales, implementation/ installation and after-sales
• Manage and organize the assigned installation for major projects or key customers
• Co-ordinate the projects in terms of production, delivery and installation for key customers or projects
• Monitor project installation quality for the key projects or key customers, perform company acceptance and organize hand over
• Ensure the contractual obligations of the key projects have been fulfilled
• Collect key projects payment as per the contract
• Assist the Service Sales to promote service and maintenance concept to customers
• Support Service Sales in doing customer visits, quotation management, negotiations and order follow up
• Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree, majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• With minimum 3 years experience in engineer/project management of related logistic industry
• Good contact with local design institute, contractors, architect
• Frequent travel is required
• Work independent, self-moving, excellent interpersonal skill
• Flexible and customer focused
• Ability to establish relationships with key decision makers at the customers
• Strong planning, coordinating and resource managing skills
• Good command of computer skill
• Excellent English both spoken and written is must
• Strong communication and organizational skill,customer service minded
