Mission:
To provide technical & product marketing support for sales team in terms of market segmentation, competitive intelligence and branding strategy to achieve maximum customer value.
Major responsibilities:
Implementation of divisional market strategy
- Sales & marketing strategy planning and implementing for responsible products in China.
- Responsible for establishing pricing strategy for responsible products in China.
- To overview product performance in the markets and integrate technical issues with product company.
- To plan and organize product marketing activities, such as sales promotion, ads, exhibition and seminars
- To provide technical support to sales team so as to achieve annual sales targets of the responsible products.
Co-ordination with sales & aftermarket team
- Providing training of product knowledge to sales team for responsible products in China.
- Work closely with sales team to achieve sales target.
- Keep sales people informed on new product, prices, and so on.
- Interacting with aftermarket team to provide best solutions for after sales service to customers.
Job Requirement:
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
- More than 3 years experience in technical or marketing field at a machinery company. Experience in construction machinery industry would be a plus.
- Very good English in both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel.
