Responsibility
-Central monitor of all PMO project timelines and budgets, usually at the enterprise level
-Identify and develop of project management methodology, best practices, and standards
-Central office for operation and management of project tools, such as enterprise-wide project management software
-Provides consolidated reporting and an enterprise view of projects under its purview.
-Enforce the implementation of FPL Process
-Provide support to program managers to handle corporate Programs, including all ODM, CDM or JDM projects which also may include outsourcing service.
-Keep good alignment with operation sites, other DCs and update project teams on new information status from them
-Clearinghouse and management for project policies, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation
-Provide support to program manager in projects through “gap” filling.
-Coordinate corrective action and preventive action to make sure project implementation on time, within budget, high quality
-Centralized repository and management for both shared and unique risks for all projects
-Central coordination of communication management across projects
-Collect key project control info and report to management level
-Organizational process improvement in project management and requirement domain

-内按时高质量地完成
-项目风险库地集中管理（包括共有的和独特的）
-集中协调不同项目间的沟通管理
-收集关键的项目控制信息并向管理层汇报
-在项目管理和需求管理范畴内组织流程优化

 

Requirement:
-Strong mobile industry working experience in international companies with deep understanding of product life-cycle process
-Good project management skills and experience
-Report skills with attentions to details, ability to be concise, clear and articulate
-Strong communication, negotiations skills, good team player
-Demonstrated ability to develop strategic responses to complex issues, initiative and work independently
-Understanding of PDM & ERP systems
-Familiar with MS softwares and project management tools
-Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin
-Experience in fields regarding NPI, SMT, production, mechanical, Supply Chain Management, Quality, or Program management in big EMS companies is a plus
