Responsibilities:

 

1.        Defines manufacturing Electrical Hydraulic test methods.

2.        Develop software/manufacturing test procedure according to company guidelines.

3.        Direct technicians on technical and policy issues.

4.        Responsible for continued operation of  Hydraulic test equipment efficiently and accurately.

5.        Participate on Product/Process problem solving teams.

6.        Implement and drive business initiatives and goals.

7.        Create budget for equipment.

8.        Forecast future trends for future projects.

9.        Participate in customer audits.

 

 

Requirements:

 

1.        Be familiar with Hydraulic application / Auto transmission working theory and concept. Basic   knowledge about oil pump and pressure  transducer or similar fluid power systems

2.        Experience with National Instruments PXI equipment and software including Lab View and/or Lab Windows CVI.

3.        Experience with Hydraulic Measurement systems including pressure, temperature and additional transducers.

4.        Good communication and documentation skills.

5.        Ability to adapt/learn new/old technologies.

6.        Ability to work under pressure and in various work environments.

7.        Good organizational/planning skills.

8.        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

9.        Utilizes: Computer, electronic measurement instruments, general office equipment.

10.    CET6 English certified.

11.    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent and 1 to 3 years experience in Hydraulic application.

12.    Understanding of measurement systems.

13.    Knowledge of quality systems.

14.    Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

15.    Automotive industry working experience is preferred.
