Key Responsibility:

• Management of product development, relevant procedures and technical standards.
  
• Mapping new product development, localization and product improvements, establish and carry out annual product development and budget.
  
• Proactively act for the market needs and execute necessary actions and communicate technical information.
  
• Establish and maintain information system for technical develop.
  
• Provide technical support to sales and customers.
  
• Supervise After-sales Service Team.
  
• Offer support to all kinds of technical intercommunion and trainings.
  
• Build up and manage the team of Technical Department.
  
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor．
  
• Accomplishment of new product and tasks developing.
  
• Integrity of technical documents.
  
• Cost reduction due to product improvement .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or power system related field.
  
• Command skills of electrical product exploring and project managing.
  
• Can trouble shoot and solve difficult technical problems under emergency conditions.
  
• Strong capabilities to plan, organize, analyze and make decision.
  
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  
• Excellent learning ability.
  
• 8 years electrical engineering experiences, including 5 years product design and development experience and 3 years department head experience.
  
• Very Good command of both spoken and written English
  
• Frequent travelling is required
