Educational Requirements
• Engineering degree in Electronics/Mechanical or both;
• Can read English documents and basic speak;
• Can use general software (good Excel is desirable)
Job experience and Skills
• At least 2 years experience as a process engineer in electronic products full assembling lines and test (SMT Pick&Place programming, reflow oven and wave soldering machine set up and adjusting controls, ICT (programming/testing fixtures building);
• Design simple machine tests, testing panels using pneumatic parts, PLC programming, control electronic boards.
• Production Process knowledge as Process Map, CTQ’s and improvement actions establishment;
• World class manufacturing tools understanding like 5S, JIT, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing.
Main Job Assignments
• Establish the manufacturing processes according to lean manufacturing methodology;
• Design/establish the technical requirements for new processes and discuss them with testing jig suppliers;
• Set up SMT assembling line parameters including Pick&Place programming, reflow oven, wave soldering machine and In-Circuit-Test (ICT);
• Check the production times and establish improvements to increase the production capacity;
• Set up handling assembling lines;
• Operators training;
• Create Standard Operational Procedures for the manufacturing process.
