Responsibilities:

 

- Lead a team of engineers to perform detailed Failure Analysis

- Achieve targeted yields
- Improve ODT dppm to meet goal
- Reduce customer dppm to meet goal
- Provide support to secondary site

 

Experience and Educational Requirements:

- At least 5 years in Quality or Failure Analysis Experience in Hard Disk industry

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering prespective
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Shows initiative

- Willing to relocate in Wuxi
