Internal Job Description :

IC Design: Designs and develops analog integrated circuits in 0.18um CMOS process. Be design lead or key personnel in RF IC development and design projects requiring coordination with other functions. Solves a broad range of technical issues of varying scope and complexity.

Internal Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of
• 3 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years practical experience.
• External Job Description : R&D IC Design Engineer with specialization in CMOS RF IC Design.(Career and Expert Level)

Responsibilities:

• Design analog and RF ICs in 0.18um technology for wireless communication products.
• Lead analog functions such as LNA, Mixer, VCO, synthesizer, filters, etc.
• Perform IC definition, design, simulation, post silicon characterization and test development.
• Perform full chip level integration, mixed signal verification & system level qualifications.

External Qualifications :

• PhD/Master'/Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Semiconductor Engineering.
• Experience in RF IC design include LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, synthesizer, filters. RF CMOS design knowledge is an added advantage.
• Experience in RF IC product/test engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in using Analog Design CAD tools(eg. Spectre, Spice simulators, Analog Artist, Virtuoso, Calibre, Assura) is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of semiconductor physics.
• Self-motivated team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
