瑞科尔建筑材料（天津）有限公司系原“西斯尔（天津）混凝土工业有限公司”于2003年7月更名而成。瑞科尔集团有限公司是世界著名重型建筑材料集团，在世界建筑材料行业排名前十位,又在美国的瑞科尔建筑材料公司、澳大利亚和亚洲区的预拌混凝土公司以及混凝土制品公司组成。年销售额57亿澳元，在美国、澳大利亚及亚洲运作730多个工厂，拥有13000名员工。
瑞科尔建筑材料（天津）有限公司于1994年成立，1995年投产。公司主要从事预拌混凝土的生产、运输和泵送等服务，拥有三座大型全电脑化控制的高生产能力的混凝土搅拌站。
Rinker Materials (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd. formally trading as " CSR ( Tianjin )Readymix Co.,Ltd." since Feb.1994. For the need of corporate strategic development and shareholders'benefit,the investor of the company,CSR Limited,has completed its demerger process on March 31,2003.After the demerger,Rinker Materials Group,a subsidiary corporate focus on the heavy building materials business,demerged from the CSR Group and became an independent listed Australian company.To comply with this asjustment,and approved by Tianjin Municipal Government,our company has now officially changed its name to "Rinker Materials (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd.",taking effect from the approval date on Business Licence.
