Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
"* Doctor degree in Physics Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields, with at least 3 years related working experience.
* Experience with thin film technology, photolithography and semiconductor devices.
* Experience with a-Si TFT (Thin Film Transistor) panel manufacture process in LCD industry is preferred.
* Experience in the areas of radiationdetection and/or imaging systems is preferred.
* Demostrated success in planning and executing program activities.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Fluent in both English and Chinese."
RESPONSIBILITIES:
"* Collaborate with global team to conduct R&D in x-ray imaging technology areas such as imaging physics, flat panel design& manufacturing, process control and image quality evaluation.
* Interact with our Healthcare collaborators to discern critical requirements for future applications of flat panel x-ray imaging, and provide on-time delivery of technology that meets or exceeds customer requirements.
* Lead technology development efforts to develop vendors and strategic partners in China and evaluate their capabilities. Be responsible for transferring GE Global Research technologies to our business, vendors and strategic partners.
* Act as a coach or mentor for the junior people"
