JOB TITLE: Sr. Electrical Engineer

1. Provide Technical leadership on designing electrical components .

2. Developing concepts of electrical sub-system.
3. Provide direction on system requirements for electrical and control system designs.
4. Review and create electrical component & sub-system design requirements.
5. Performing electrical system calculation and analysis for cable sizing, power converters sizing, heat release calculations, power supply designs.
6. Selection of key electrical components for the electrical sub-system circuit designs
7. Understanding and performing FTA, FMEA, RAMP, RRCA, etc.

8. Implementing Root Cause Analysis to analyze test result of system, electrical sub-system and components and FTBs.
9. Developing and improving design process of electrical components & sub-system.
10. Supporting the elevator certification.
11. Providing product support and technical expertise for Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Management, Quality, Field & Service and Marketing.
12. Identify, mentor and develop the lower level high potential engineers.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience: minimum of a B.Sc with 5 years or a M.Sc with 3 years applicable experience.
2. Experienced in elevator design would be an advantage but not necessary.
3. Language: CET-4 and above. Good at reading, written and spoken English.
4. Computer Skills: experienced on AUTOCAD-E, Microsoft OFFICE, Protel and Matlab is preferred.
