任职资格 (该岗位的最低要求)：

知识与经验 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• 教育程度: 大专, 电气相关专业类
• 职业培训 Vocational Training: 培训过 SIEMENS 、 FANUC 系统为佳/Experienced in Siemens and Fanuc system is preferred.
• 工作经验 Employment experience: 3 年以上电气相关专业工作经历，并具备较强的动手能力/More than 3 Years Electric Engineer esperience and strong trouble-shooting ability on site
• 证 书 / 技 能 Certificates/Technical skills ：具有电工上岗证、中高级电工或中高级数控操作证书为佳/Media or High Level Electric License or NC Operator License
• 其它（性别，年龄，语言等要求）/Others (Male/Female, age, Skills, etc.):
  • 25-40 岁，只限男性 25-40 year-old, male only
  • 具有良好的计算机操作能力和运用能力，熟练使用办公自动化相关软件。
    Good ability for computer using, especially for Office Softerware.
  • 具有一定的外语基础及简单的口语能力，外语只限英语和德语。
    Communication skills for English and German.

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all the Machine ElectricSystem, according to TPM , with another Electric Engineer
  与另一名电气工程师一起，依据TPM组织MQ200变速器生产的电气维护
• Buid and manage all the Electric spare parts.
  建立、配置及管理电气备件仓库
• Build and manage the Electric Work Shop
  建立、配置及管理电气工场间
• Manage a Electrician team
  管理一组电工
• Make all the necessary training plan
  制订所需要的培训计划
• Special work and discipline Management
  专业及纪律管理
• Machine maintenance and Optimization: Troubleshooting for SPS,CNC machines’ failures
  机器维修以及优化：排除SPS、CNC－控制系统以及电气驱动的疑难故障
• Build the Documents for Hardware and Software files
  硬件＋软件归档以及 文件化
• KVP2 持续改进计划
  KVP2 Sustaining Improvement Plan
