Main Responsibilities               :  

1． To lead a team of PCB Layout Engineer in product design;

2． To provide/select architecture and technical solution to meet the product design specification;

3． To identify technical risks and propose a compromise solution in complex technical choice;

4． To assess the resources requirement, by taking accord of technical competencies, and assign the right resources to the project;

5． To promote and implement technological innovations in his respective technical field;

6． To make realistic commitments and delegate all the right level under his/her charge;

7． To be a demanding and effective team leader;

8． To cultivate a strong and confidence team in meeting increased demand needed for the job.

Competencies and Qualifications Desired

1.        A good BS in Electronics Engineering or EE with fluent English

2.        5+ year solid experience in electronic PCBA designing, local PCB supplier selection

3.        Knowledgeable in electronic PCB qualification, components localization, testing...;

4.        Strong leadership capability and communication skills, experience in leading an electronic team is an advantage.
