Main Responsibilities:

• Provide routine preventative maintenance, support and troubleshooting for client’s systems.
• Provide security operation and security administration assistance.
• Assist in implementing the local Emergency Preparedness Plan.
• Client satisfaction. Ensure the client is receiving the best possible service.
• Maintain high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems in order to provide clients with world-class onsite system operation service.
• Regularly update on customer service activity. Complete all necessary documentation timely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service work experience (security-related preferred) in a multinational environment.
• Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
• Strong analytical skill and problem solving ability.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)

• 主要工作职责包括，出色地维护好电子安防系统
• 包括故障检修、预防性保养、软件操作等；协助客户方安全经理协调、监督和管理安防系统等方面的工作
• 该职位要求与客户方安全部门及其它合作方紧密配合、共同协作
• 以提供客户方最专业的安防服务、实现客户方的最大满意为主要工作目标。
• 提供高品质、增值的、100%客户满意度的服务方案（涉及操作和维护不同种类的供应商系统整体方案和操作系统。）
• 实现客户系统硬件、软件、网络设备和配置的最优化。
• 及时、准确地完成所有必需的对、内外的专业报告。
• 排除系统故障、定期警醒预防性保养维护。
• 前瞻性地发现和预防潜在的系统问题。
• 不断地提高安防系统知识和服务理念。
• 具备环境、健康和安全意识。
• 其它客户方要求的协助。

职位要求：

• 本科以上学历，电子、计算机、自动化专业或相关专业。
• 成熟、专业的个人形象，人品正直、诚实、敬业、严谨、要求强烈的责任心。
• 3年以上安防、IT、电子或自动化领域客户服务工作经历。
• 良好的计算机硬软件技术, WAN/LAN, 和微软办公操作系统使用技能。
• 要求优秀的客户服务意识和出色的沟通、协调技巧。
• 良好的团队合作精神。
• 良好的英文书写和阅读能力，能够进行基本口语沟通优先。
• 具备计算机和电子应用和维修经验者优先。
