Job Responsibilities

• Brake systems and system components development in terms of functionality, robustness and costs
  
• Planning, executing and analyzing of test programs and documentation in test reports
  
• Recording and preparation of measurement results with statistical test methods
  
• Analysis, exploration, evaluation and recommendation of new concepts
  
• Release tests and documentation of test results
  
• Independent planning and execution of standard development and release tests
  
• Collaboration on, and creation of specifications for new components and systems
  
• Collaboration on, and creation of specifications for new test devices or build-up and programming of test stands
  
• Handling of concessions/deviations and change requests (ICRs)
  
• Teamwork in project teams
  
• Execution of tests on components of our competitors (Benchmarking)
  
• Working according to ISO / QS-standards and VDA (6)
  
• Training of technicians in terms of test execution, analysis and measurement
  
• Assist of customer- and supplier support

Job Requirements

• Certified Engineer, chartered Engineer
  
• Engineering degree (FH/TH) in engine building or electrotechnics
  
• Basic knowledge in controls engineering and electronics, electrical systems, details knowledge in measurement
  
• Knowledge in data compilation and processing (statistical processing of test results), test methods and statistics desirable
  
• Knowledge of quality and environmental guidelines
  
• Basic knowledge of project management and GDPIM
  
• Analytical problem solving
