Main Responsibilities:

The role of the On-site Security System Operator/Administrator is to provide excellent customer maintenance and services to specific customer group (mainly multinational company or international organization clients), enhance security products and systems usage, and enable clients to derive maximum benefit from the ICD Security Systems. This position partners with the client’s security team that programs are in line with the client's strategic needs and ensures client satisfaction. You will work on client’s site / office and have a deep understanding of the client’s security expectations.

• Provide high quality, value added, and 100% customer satisfactory service solutions involving operation and maintenance of multi-vendor systems solutions as well as operating systems. 
• Optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. 
• Performs security management system as Operator/Administrator role on site. 
• Completed all necessary external and internal timely and accurate professional reports. 
• Troubleshoot operation and maintenance problems with high efficiency and solution focused. 
• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance. 
• Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business. 
• Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software. 
• Continuously upgrade knowledge and technology of security system and services. 
• Full time work on assigned customer sites and timely come back ICD office to participate training sessions as required. 
• Environmental, Health and Safety mindset and integrity spirit. 
• Serves as an internal resource on technical issues.

Requirements:

• Mature, reliable, self-motivated, dedicated. 
• Fluent Cantonese and English (writing and speaking) skills.
• Previous experience with security products and systems a definite advantage.
• Bachelor engineering degree, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation engineering…etc or equivalent. 
• Above 3 years working experiences in multinational company, or international environment.
• More than 2 years experience in customer services institution: security, IT, electronics, automatics or related fields. 
• Professional computer hardware, software, WAN/LAN, database, and MS Office skills. 
• Strong customer service sense and skills as demonstrated by an ability to anticipate and meet customer needs. 
• Stable and remarkable records about customer satisfaction. .
• 1 or 2 years management experience is desired.
• Team-playing and team-leading.
• Effectiveness, efficiency and results orientation. 
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, users and colleagues. 
• Ability to prioritize and deliver quality results in a time sensitive environment.

• 外派的系统操作员将被派驻到客户现场（多为跨国公司）协助客户维护由ICD提供和安装的系统，确保正常运行和客户需求实现，获得最大的投资收益。
• 操作、维护和管理由ICD提供和安装的安防系统
• 及时和准确地完成所有对内、对外工作报告；
• 有前瞻意识的响应潜在的设备故障，避免不可预见性的影响客户正常业务的故障发生；
• 识别非常规、有潜在风险的事件，并及时报告;
• 高效、以结果为导向实现系统故障排除和提供保养性维护；
• 以提供客户预防性维护和优化设备功效的配置来确保客户的满意度；
• 不断地提高相关的系统知识和服务技能；
• 全日制在指派客户现场工作；
• 具备环境、健康和安全意识；

职位要求:

• 必须专科以上学历,本科学历优先，专业以电子类、计算机科学、自动化工程和机械工程类专业为优先。
• 流利的粤语和英文（书写和口语沟通）能力；
• 有一定安防的产品和系统经验者优先；
• 成熟、可靠，主动和专注；
• 三年以上外企或跨国公司工作经验；
• 2年以上安防、IT、电子或自动化领域相关的客户服务工作经历者优先；
• 良好的计算机硬软件技术, WAN/LAN, 和微软办公操作系统使用 技能；
• 具备良好的服务意识、积极主动、自律；
• 有1至两年管理经验者优先.
