Customer Services:
- Plate trials;
- Trouble shootings;
- Preventive services;
- Customer trainings.
Sales Support:
- Meet customers to understand customer requirements;
- Product trainings to Sales;
- Product demo and presentation;
- Preparation of sale aids.
Product complaint handling:
- Field visit - problem diagnosis;
- Secondary support to dealers/distributors and Field Engineers;
- Internal product tests;
- PIR reporting.
Skill Set For Technical Specialists
Plate products
o Expertise in Characteristics of Kodak plate products;
o Knowledge of competitors' products;
o Expertise in plate making skills (conventional and CTP);
o Ability to evaluate a plate (before and after plate making);
o Knowledge of printing press;
o Knowledge of press room troubleshooting;
o Ability to evaluate a print sheet;
o Acquaintance of plate processors' requirements for different types of plate;
o Knowledge in manipulation of processing parameters to achieve satisfactory result;
o Ability to identify plate-related quality problems.
Film products
o Expertise in characteristics of Kodak film products;
o Knowledge of imagesetting operations;
o Knowledge of competitors' products;
o Ability to evaluate a film after development;
o Acquaintance of film processors;
o Knowledge in manipulation of processing parameters to achieve satisfactory result;
Ability to identify film-related quality problems.
