Our client, is a leading US based ETCH and equipment manufacturing vendor, is now seeking for a Site Operations Manager to cope with their fast expansion in their WUHAN fabs operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master degree or equivalent, major in electrical Engineering Technology related.
- 8+ year of Operations / Field Service / Production / Account Management with SMIC accounts
- Previous working experience in ETCH would be an advantage.
- Fluency in writing /oral English experience.
- Frequent inter-organizational and/or outside company contacts interact on technical problems across company lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professionally represents the company to the customer. Develops and maintains good customer relations. Assume accountability for continued customer satisfaction with service provided within assigned territory, site or function. Coordinated service requirements with customer t minimize down time or interruptions to the system.
- Provide technical advice, counsel and assistance to customers and company on all aspects of equipment service support. Provide technical guidance to lower level staff.
- Maintain communication with sales, service and field process engineering to support customer technical requirements, evaluate product performance and conduct field trials.
- Maintain continuing liaison with company’s engineering organization to analyze and resolve customer equipment problems.
- Manage and direct the activities of field service engineers and support personnel to provide technical support required for installation, servicing and modification of company products.
- Be responsible for training, motivation, employee development and discipline of assigned employees.
- Prepare quotation at customer’s request to relocate or upgrade current equipment. Provide all new installations with a full service preventive maintenance agreement quotation prior to expiration of their warranty.
