Main Responsibilities:
1. Based on module test process and project requirement, develop electronic circuits and make them fit for use in mass production to guarantee optimal quality of industrial processes resulting in maximum product quality
2.Generate complete document package of tooling electrical parts using standardized components and working methods in order to guarantee optimal functionality and manufacturability of integrated tooling to achieve lowest costs (Initial tool costs, maintenance, process costs) and shorten lead-times
3.Insert document package into PDM system to enable data control and data accessibility to all stakeholders
4.Offer timely and sufficient support to tooling supplier in order to guarantee optimal processing and delivery within the committed time frame. Meanwhile, monitor tooling manufacture process and release latest tooling status to project team
5.Check incoming tooling electrical parts quality and feedback to NPR to demand high performance from suppliers. Support TME to figure out and fix mechanical problems
6.To make Module Design Engineer (MDE) learned about the manufacturability (testing process and operation during testing process) for the design of LCD module electrical parts and test software, in order to influence the design of a LCD module in a way that optimal testing at lowest costs (cycle time) with regard to functionality is guaranteed
7.Following tooling release procedure, continuously develop and standardize tooling electrical parts to achieve not only higher cost performance but also maximum versatility
Main Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
2.Circuit design and PCB layout experience; Embed C programming and FPGA/CPLD programming (Verilog or AHDL);Auto related experience is preferred
3. More than 4 years of relevant working experience is at least for bachelors. LCD driver experience and experience with production control related statistic tools / methods (SPC, Gage R&R etc.) and basic knowledge of design development tools / methods (DOE, FMEA etc.) is preferred
4. Integrity and flexible to stand pressure caused by project quick launch; Eager and aggressive to learn and expand
responsibility; Good written and spoken English is a must;Good communication and inter-personal skills; Team player
5. Higher personal standards to shape the team in a professional way and guide the team in right technical direction
