California Micro Devices is seeking a talented candidate in the area of process engineering to work in Eastern China. This person will be responsible for a range of process engineering duties with our foundry partners.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Identify new wafer foundries for existing and future products
• Transfer of new process and products into production
• Improve and sustain, monitor wafer fab foundry, PCM WS yields
• Support CMD development activities related to foundry process support

Education

• BS degree in physics, electrical engineering or material science

Experience

• 8 plus years in semiconductor field working on advance CMOS technology
• Knowledge of fab process equipment, simulation tools, semconductor devices physics and failure analysis
  Other
• Must be proficient in English and Mandarin. The location of the position is in Jiangyin or Eastern China
