Job responsibilities:

• Maintain the department Organization and staff development  in accordance with the factory and business development 
• Preside maintenance technician professional training and operators’ skills improvement
• Direct report employees Managing & Appraising Performance review and goals setup
• Annually training plan established and implementation
• Responsibility On Equipment KPI of Production Line 
• Sep up preventive maintenance program and execute to ensure the production line run with precise
• Keep on maintaining the production line running efficiently with lower cost
• Monitor on the correction maintenance and give support to it if necessary
• Outsourcing Maintenance Management and coordination
• Maintenance and Repair Expense control
• Handle Project on equipments modification or new equipments installation.

Job Specifications:
教育、资格和培训

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant 
• Certificated in Electrical design and management
• Good knowledge and skills on English Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

经验和技能

• At least 3 years maintenance management experience in Foreign & JV company 
• At least 4-5 years relevant working experience in electrical maintenance (Especially on electrical control, automatic control……)  
• 2 years Project Management experience
• Skilled in office related software such as MS, Project 2000, AutoCAD..
• Good knowledge and skills on maintenance
• Maintenance Expense Cost control experience
• Flexibility, ability to solve complex problems
• Prioritizing, Planning & Organizing  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Can work under high pressure
