Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver the required product(s) for each project, phase or stage
2. Deliver to time and cost within agreed tolerances
3. Manage the people, work and other resources involved in specified project
4. Establish and update with actuals and forecasts (cost and time)
5. Manage deviations from plan
6. Report to respective stakeholders
7. Escalate decisions and unresolved items
8. Ensure quality is achieved as planned

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with the major in Engineering or Quality
2. At least 5 years working experience in either one of the following fields: Senior R&D employee with good communication and coordination skills or Project Management experience
3. Knowledge of system engineering (CMM or CMMI or other model) a big plus
4. Able to work in an international team of experts (working experience abroad an advantage but not a requirement)
5. Independent and efficient working style and able to easily integrate within a team
6. Education in technical field (Master Degree or Bachelor with outstanding qualifications)
7. Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage
8. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
