职位描述/要求：
Location: Beijing, China
Position Type: Full Time, Employee
Introduction:
Polycom is extending its R&D activities in China. At this position, you will be part of a global team and work side by side with  design teams in US. You will gain access to Polycom technologies and develop solutions with Polycom partners. You will work with senior engineers with oversea track of records at companies like Polycom, Nortel, and Microsoft.
 
Responsibilities:
1.Work with developers on the initial design of assigned features
2.Write test plans for assigned features from functional specs
3.Work closely with design engineers in the early stages of product development to execute tests
4.Automate tests where possible
5.File bug reports
 
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2.3-5 years working experience in QA field in networking industy
3.Good communication skills
4.Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
5.Driven, creative and result oriented.
6.Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
 
Technical Skills:
1.Familiar with bug tracking systems and understand bug life cycle
2.Good at writing test cases and reporting test result
3.Familiar with networked devices and can test/debug in complex network environment
4.est automation ability with shell scrips, Java or C# is a big plus
