Senior Project Engineer

To implement standard engineering solutions to successful completion and within budgeted time and cost constraints. May occasionally be required to work on customised engineering solutions. Two Senior DCS Engineer with fluent English speaking and one Senior DCS Engineer with fluent Korean and English speaking.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES – STANDARD

•     Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place prior to commencing work.

•     Produces part(s) of total functional design specifications under supervision.

•     Produces technical design specifications under supervision.

•     Executes Implementation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.

•     Executes Test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.

•     Executes Documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.

•     Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines

•     Reports progress and technical problems to project and engineering supervisor.

•     Pro-actively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

JOB DIMENSION

Typically works on technical matters with little supervision, across a wide range of activities in a particular engineering discipline.

Qualifications & Attributes

1.    Education & Training (e.g. special degree or certificate)

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Automation, Specialization in Process Control Engineering is preferred.

2.   Special skills (e.g. language, computer literacy etc.)

     English skill: good oral and writing skills; candidates with Korean skills is preferred.
