Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop fiber measurement process standards and undertake effective control
- Provide timely support to operation and solve measurement process and equipment problem
- Responsible for measurement related software development and improvement
- Continuously improve fiber measurement process and technology
- Implement initiatives for product quality, cost and productivity performance improving

Requirements:

- BS or above degrees, major in opto-electronic or physics or EE or telecommunication
- Solid knowledge of optical fiber application and measurement technology preferred
- Rich experience in VB/VC ++ programming 
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
- Good work attitude and teamwork
