General description of post:

This is a position which spans across several areas of GSE, working with Project Engineers and Business Managers to give technical advice.
GSE provides trainings at headquarter and with experts coming from all over the world.This engineer will depend directly of the Mechanical and Electrical Dept. in France.

The skills required fall into two categories:

1/ Technical knowledge of utilities supplies in construction:

- High voltage ( supply, main distribution, lighting, outlet distribution)
- Low voltage (Fire Alarm, Phone, BMS, Pre-Wiring, Break in detection, cards readers, CCTV……)
- Automation for HVAC devices

2/ Specialist knowledge of an individual sector of activity

- Clean rooms (microelectronics, pharmacy)
- Hospital sector
- Laboratories
- Tertiary sector
- Industrial
- Logistics

电气工程师主要负责两大方面得工作：

1/建筑方面得技术工作： 
- 高压电（高压，主要分布，照明，插座分配）
- 低压（火警警报，电话，预布线，中断检测，中央监控系统）
- 暖通空调设置自动化

2/工业领域专业知识
- 洁净室（微电子）
- 医院领域
- 图书馆
- 工业厂房
- 物流领域

Requirements:

- Be an electrical major;
- Have minimum 3 years experiences in electrical installation enterprise for building appliances and/or design institutes, be familiar with electricity and low voltage;
- Have general management experience of projects; be responsible for all the aspects of a project, such as technical (study and design), commercial (exchange with clients and budget control) and management (communication and exchange with a team).
- Be aware of the prices of Chinese market (materials and labors), as well as  Chinese norms and regulations;
- Be good at communication and reporting;
- Be good at spoken and written English.
- Have good command of computer operation;

- 在房屋建筑，设计领域至少有6年得工作经验，熟悉高压，低压电
- 有项目管理经验，负责整个项目领域，比如设计，和业主沟通以及成本控制，以及和团队  内部的交流。
- 熟悉中国市场操作流程（材料和人力），以及中国的政策法规
- 英语读写能力强
