A pretigious semiconductor compnay, with worldwide headquarter locates in California US, is now seeking for a Sales Director position to fulfill their strong business growing in China area.
- Requires B.S.E.E. with 17 + years of semiconductor industrial experience in sales
- Must be an energetic and hands-on senior executive in semiconductor components of both the direct, distribution, and representative sales channels.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Good communication skill, orally and for presentation preferable.
- A doer that makes things happen and be able to support and lead changes. Must be a driver and a goal setter.
- Frequent travel is required.
- Honest, diligent and good dependability.
- Must be a team player and a good coach.
- Be willing to take responsibility and be accountable.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for China sales revenue of the company
· Develop and execute sales channel strategy to expand business through direct, representative and distributorship channel
· Work closely with Marketing to drive new products launch and drive design in major global accounts, OEM and ODM
· Customer services, sales and field application team reports to this position
· Achieve sales both yearly budget forecast and short term quarterly revenue forecast
· Extensive traveling among the regions
· Plan both sales revenue and expense yearly
