A prestigious semiconductor company, with headquarter in CA, USA, is now seeking for a FAE Director position to support their continuous expansion in China regions.

-  MS or Ph.D in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Semiconductor Physic.

-  15 years Field application and development experience with 6 years in the capacity of managerial position.

- Extensive experience in Clock, Logic, Switch and PCI

-  Analog and portable power experience is more preference

- Good analytical mind and inter-personal & management skills.

- Good command of English and Mandarin.  Good communication skill, orally and for presentation preferable.

- Honest, diligence and good dependability.

- Sound track record of making things work or taking a project from start to successful completion highly preferable.

- Willing to base in either Shanghai or Shenzhen, with extensive travelling across Asia and US regions.

Responsibilities:

1.      Manage a team of engineers for new products application development in consumer and telecom terminal equipments

2.      Develop demo units, project management and document all results as application notes to support FAE, distributors and Customers.

3.      Train up FAEs, distributor FAEs and customers to use the products properly.

4.      Acquire end products testing knowledge from customers and establish in house test lab to support such activities

5.      Acquire new application by using current IC products

6.      Conduct technical seminars to support major customers.

7.      Assist Top Management to prepare yearly plan.
