Responsibilities:

Work with designer or customer to define and develop test strategy and infrastructure for various products (Mixed-signal, eFlash, OTP ...)
在产品开发初期，确定IC测试的策略，产品可能包括Mixed-signal, eFlash, OTP Implement the test strategy and infrastructure on ATE
在ATE上实现测试
Develop the program and work with Product Engineer to characterize the devices on ATE
测试程序开发，并和PE一起完成产品的特性测试
Manage the good relationships with customers, sub-contractors and ATE vendors
建立并维护跟客户，封测厂和ATE公司的关系
Undertake production sustaining and testing optimization
保证顺利的生产，并对测试进行优化

Requirements:

University degree, majored in EE
电子工程专业本科以上学历
3+ years working experience in ATE test development
三年以上IC测试的工作经验
Familiar with the test platforms, such as J750, Catalyst, Flex or V93000 etc
熟悉常用的测试机台，比如：J750, Catalyst, Flex或V93000等
Good written and oral communication skills in English
能使用英语进行良好的沟通
Good programming skill and FPGA experience is preference
良好的编程技巧，FPGA应用的经验
