Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop operation training manual for learning guide;
2. Develop technical skill training curriculums;
3. Update training material & test paper per production process change;
4. Conduct technical training courses to relevant person;
5. Deliver training, certification & re-certification for new operator & multiple position trainees;
6. Timely feedback trainee’s training performance to his/her direct supervisor
7. Coordinate with production department to arrange training schedule;
8. Be responsible for training records management;
9. Setup and maintain operative skill training system, regular audit to ensure effectiveness & integrity;
10. Regularly conduct training evaluation to ensure training quality and effectiveness;
Qualifications:
1. College degree in electronic & mechanical engineering or equivalent
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience
