Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a group of inspectors to ensure smooth daily activities relating to reliability tests and failure analysis.
2. Maintain awareness of advances in reliability testing methods, failure analysis technology and reliability screening methods.
3. Perform short-term and long-term reliability monitoring based on relevant procedures/specifications.
4. Provide reliability test support for process/product qualification and engineering evaluations.
5. Provide failure analysis support for customer returns, reliability test failures and low yield lots.
6. Ensure safety and security of Reliability/FA Lab.
7. Enforce discipline and ensure that company riles and regulations are adhered to in the Reliability/FA Lab.
8. Develop performance indices to track the performance in the Reliability/FA Lab.
9. Monitor performance/projects and develop/implement plans to meet the quarterly goals and objectives for the Reliability /FA Lab.
10. Recognize and promote continuous improvement activities within the Reliability /FA Lab.
11. Provide leadership and serve as a role model within the Reliability /FA Lab.
12. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

1. 3 yrs or more in a semiconductor industry in a similar capacity.
2. Knowledge in Failure analysis and statistical process control
3. Thorough knowledge of processes and operations in assigned area
