职位描述/要求:
-Responsibilities

1. The key responsibility of this position is to help define the next
generation of automotive products. The person will work closely with
customers to generate new product ideas and develop the system
architecture and define the technical specifications.

2. Responsibilities also include developing the business justification in
association with marketing. After management approval, work with
the development team to ensure the successful completion of the IC that
matches your vision. An important aspect of the job will be to introduce
completed ICs to potential customers and support them with their design-
in activities.

3. This person will also be responsible for specifying, developing and
validating customer evaluation hardware and software as well as training
and supporting customers and field technical people in their use.

4. In addition, the person will write data sheets, application notes and
technical articles, and create and present technical presentations.

5. Potential product areas may include: display and video distribution,
power management, LED lighting, power drivers including smart power, and
sensor and sensor interface, among others.


-Requirements:

1. Electrical Engineering Degree with at least 5+ years of experience in
system design, or application engineering in the related areas. Board-
level, hardware design experience is a strong plus.

2. Experience with automotive specific systems and customers, although not
required, is a good candidate differentiator.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

4. Candidate must be willing to travel 25-30% of the time such as
  Guang Zhou, Wuhan, Yang Zhou and Nan Jing.

5. Candidate is required to have functional oral and written English
skills (CET-4).
