To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (an alternative education may be considered subject to relevant experience)
• Good communication skills to interact with supplier factories located in China
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate with Head Office in Australia
• Basic mechanical and electrical inspection skills
• Aptitude to collate, coordinate and maintain quality records
• Disciplined reporting and follow-up skills
• Auditing and supplier evaluation skills
• Proficiency in PC skills involving Microsoft Excel and Word

Reporting to the General Manager, CMG China, this position will also be responsible for regular reporting to the CMG Head Office in Australia .

You will be a high achiever, preferably with 2-3 years experience in a similar role, and be looking to take that next step to further your career. Relevant experience in the Electric Motor Manufacturing Industry would be beneficial and highly regarded.

You will be a confident team player and solid communicator, having excellent inter-personal skills and possess a strong attention to detail.
