REQUIREMENTS:

ü        Bachelor degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent

ü        Technical knowledge of bearing application, manufacturing and testing designing in the related segment

ü        Basic knowledge in sales and commercial procedures

ü        Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

ü        Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

ü        Independent, self-motivated and self-disciplinary working style

ü        At least 3 years mechanical, maintenance or design experience of bearing in related segment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ü        Participates actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

ü        Develops technical solutions to customer, including bearing selection, application advice, customer homologation and failure analysis, etc.

ü        Major business projects follow up and coordination with other SKF units.

ü        Updates and issues segment application oriented promotion material, such as product brochure, presentation materials and reference cases to support the business.

ü        Arranges and participates exhibition and conference for related segment to support the growth of business.

ü        Trains and supports the front-line sales to handle application problems and customer complaints to provide better after sales services for total customer satisfaction.

ü        Plans and conducts technical seminars for customers and prospects in liaison with sales to support the growth of business.

ü        Collects marketing intelligence related to the responsible segment to identify opportunity to offer our existing product range to grow the business.
